Advertisement of “Energy Saving Tips” in local Journal “ATHOUBA”.

Requested the Chairperson/Chief Executive Officer, Imphal Municipal Council, Imphal – to include the  guidelines of Bureau of Energy Efficiency(BEE) as mentioned in the Energy Conservation Building Code(ECBC) in council byelaws of Imphal Municipal Council and to promote use of Compact Fluorescent Lamp (CFL), high energy efficient electricals and electronics machines.

Requested the Director of Education (U) and (S) for inclusion of Energy Conservation and efficient use of energy in School curriculum.

Issue of Government order dt. 28-08-08 directing for efficient use of energy and its conservation in the State on the initiations of MSDA.

Publication of booklets and posters, highlighting the various provisions of EC Act 2001 and Consumer's guides on efficient use of energy.

Installation of hoardings on Awarness of efficient use of energy at various places in Imphal.

Request to BEE for implementation of Demo Project on Energy Conservation activities in Government buildings and energy efficient street lighting in Imphal.
